GENIUS Plastic — Transport Containers

Designed for damaged and defective lithium-ion batteries. The required PyroBubbles® layer thickness depends on cell chemistry, mass, and condition. Three packaging concepts are available — choose the level of protection that matches your application.

GENIUS plastic transport container

Three packaging concepts available:

Basic

Equipped with GENIUS filling pads. Minimal protection for lower-risk scenarios.

Advanced

Powder-coated steel inner basket maintaining safety distances on all sides. Permeable to leaking electrolyte. Load can be removed with the basket while PyroBubbles® remain.

Premium

Maximum protection. Cushions filled with PyroBubbles® in PE film — film dissolves during thermal runaway, releasing the extinguishing medium instantly.

FLEX-Line — The Foldable Plastic Container

Safely pack and transport hazardous goods

Foldable large load carriers made of plastic for sea, air, rail, or road hazardous goods transport. The twin-sheet pallet, folding ring, and twin-sheet lid construction is lightweight yet stable, ergonomic, and fully recyclable. When empty, carriers fold flat for storage and return logistics.
