The GENIUS stainless steel transport containers are the idea; solution for users who are looking for a reliable way to transport or store lithium-ion batteries, battery modules or cells of the UN3090, UN3480, UN3481 regulations in compliance with the latest safety standards. In addition to intact lithium-ion batteries/modules, the GENIUS transport containers are particularly suitable for critically defective batteries/modules, which are a significant source of danger both during transport and storage.

Through years of development work, these boxes have become one of the safest transport and storage options on the market.

Thanks to many fire tests, the GENIUS transport containers have all the necessary approvals according to P911 and LP906.

The temperatures of the outer walls remain well below 100°C, even during and after a thermal runaway of the battery. The system prevents flames and projectiles from escaping. Special valves and extinguishing agent PyroBubbles® filter toxins and contain the fire or, in the best case, extinguish it completely.

The transport containers can be filles with PyroBubbles® bulk material as well as with cushions. All transport containers can also be used as storage containers.
